years of clinical experience
Whether in a group or individually, the sessions are held in the most comfortable place for you = wherever you are.
As a digital nomad, I am constantly coming into contact with different cultures around the world, and this allows me to understand diverse and distinct realities.
Same for the people you will meet at the Group Therapy.
_____
A more personal group therapy setting — where shared experiences can be explored with care, reflection, and emotional safety.
Meet once a week via video call. A steady anchor in your shifting schedule and time zones.
Groups of 6–8 people. Large enough for rich perspectives, small enough that you are truly seen and heard.
Every member is a nomad or expat, with individual experiences and mutual understanding.
_____
A therapist who’s
living the journey.
Psicoveda was born from personal experience. Bringing a reference to the Vedic studies in India, I take into consideration a holistic view of the human being, considering that mental health is also linked to one’s lifestyle.
Since 2023 I live as a Digital Nomad, mostly around Asia and Europe. Living in motion brings freedom, knowledge, experiences, and also unique challenges such as loneliness, constant adaptation, and the search for belonging. By knowing this reality, I want to provide support for those who have a similar lifetyle.
A large part of my work as a clinical psychologist over these 10 years has been with women seeking to be more free and independent, developing their self-esteem and self-sufficiency.
_____
An Integrative
Therapeutic Approach
Alongside psychotherapy, I also integrate Therapeutic Mandala as a creative and non-verbal resource. Through colors, shapes, and symbols, the mandala allows deeper emotional layers to emerge beyond words, supporting emotional expression, self-exploration, and inner integration in a sensitive and intuitive way.

Group therapy brings together a small number of people experiencing similar things, yet distinct perspectives.
Online sessions via Google Meet are guided by a psychologist, offering a supportive space for reflection, connection, and shared growth.
Sessions take place online via Google Meet and are held weekly in a private and supportive therapeutic setting. Individual therapy allows space for deeper exploration of personal experiences, emotional processes, and relational patterns, following your own pace and therapeutic needs.
The investment for individual therapy is €55 per session, while group therapy is €20 per session. Both modalities are designed as ongoing therapeutic processes, based on regular weekly commitment and continuity of care. Payments are made at the beginning of each month, covering all scheduled sessions for that period.
This first meeting is an opportunity for us to meet, explore your reasons for seeking therapy, and see if there is a good therapeutic fit between us.
It is also a moment for me to explain my therapeutic approach and answer any initial questions you may have.
There is no charge for this session if we do not continue the therapeutic process. If you decide to move forward, the session is included in the regular therapy process and is therefore charged.
Group therapy sessions are organized around a fixed weekly time, and participants join from different parts of the world. Since many digital nomads and expats move frequently between countries and time zones, flexibility and consistency are both important parts of the process. So the groups are organized around “time zone windows”.
Groups are usually created with relatively compatible time zones in mind — for example:
This helps keep sessions accessible and sustainable for everyone involved.
Since many participants travel frequently, switching to a different group schedule may be possible when needed.
Individual sessions usually last 55 minutes.
Group sessions typically last between 70 and 80 minutes.
Therapy is an ongoing relational process that requires regularity and commitment in order to deepen and evolve. Weekly sessions provide continuity, emotional containment, and a dedicated space for reflection. After a period of ongoing work, sessions may eventually shift to biweekly follow-up support.
Absolutely. Many expats and international clients speak English as a second language. Sessions are meant to feel welcoming and pressure-free
Not at all. Group and individual therapy actually complement each other. It is highly recommended that participants also engage in individual therapy, as certain personal themes may require deeper investigations and support – a dedicated space that individual therapy provides.
Many expats and digital nomads experience challenges related to social isolation, instability in support networks, and difficulties establishing a consistent sense of belonging. Group therapy offers a structured therapeutic environment where participants can reflect on shared experiences, develop interpersonal awareness, and benefit from mutual recognition and exchange.
